Background
On Tuesday, 11/17/09, CAN conducted a Think Tank session. The idea
was to just brainstorm some of the challenges facing our people. The results have essentially become the framework for a list
of areas needing action to make a difference on an individual basis and as organization. Our approach is not to reinvent and
so this may also include identifying resources that will join the work and/or are already addressing a specific issue. Sharing
and learning from each other to drive progress and with a sense of urgency.
